So this post is going to be everything Gage! I haven't done a very good job of blogging so I'll do an update on Gagey pie and then I'll do a post for Emery...I cannot believe how much Gage has grown in these last 3 months. He will be 5 months in 2 days!! Whoa! These are a few of his accomplishments/personality traits he has shown so far:
- Started giggling May 28th.
- June 20th, rolled from his back to belly.
- His first tooth came through June 27th.
- 2nd tooth came in a couple weeks later
- Is the most smiley baby!
- Loves to watch his sister constantly...
- Falls asleep by himself and can sleep through the night...and has been for a while now.
- Tried rice cereal 2 nights ago for the first time...and hated it! haha...i tried again tonight and he still wasn't lovin it.
- Screams...a lot, just for the heck of it ;)
- He is extremely ticklish
- Likes to jump in his little jumperoo
- Loves, Loves, LOVES bath time. He'll stop, look at me, give a huge smile, and then get this serious look on his face like 'watch this mom!' and start kicking his legs and moving his arms as fast as he possibly can. It is so hilarious. Then he does it all over again.
2 1/2 months: hangin with daddy
First trip to the beach with his buddies Ty and Ava. Emery and Emrie were in the back, with the mom's in front..what a sight to see!
I just love his eyes. Long dark eyelashes, bluish green color..they are still changing.
Just chillin at church
3 months old: Future Salesman?? lol
Emery has taken it upon herself to teach him everything she knows....including how to use the ipad. She also says, "I love him and I'm his big sister so I'll protect him." So adorable.
Heard Emery giggling and looked in the review mirror one day to see this....
Sporting a little Elvis lip....
The day before he rolled over...
Watchin the NBA Finals...
Loves Bath time!!
On the way to church...
Love waking up to this every morning
He is amazing

Easter was so fun for Emery this year. Corey was gone to North Carolina already and I was staying with my parents, so we took her to the egg hunt in Newdale. She LOVED it! She got a good basket full of goodies and even won a few prizes! We also decorated some eggs, which lasted a lot longer than it did last year!
Let the egg hunting begin!! Emery was soooo excited!
Scoping out the hiding candy and eggs...
Her cousin Dalton was there too!
Waiting in line for her prizes...she looks like such a big girl here...
On Easter we went to church with grandma and grandpa, then afterwards Emery got to find more eggs and her basket that the Easter Bunny left for her.
The Easter Bunny left a lot of different little odds and ends in the eggs, so she didn't overload on sugar...though she did anyway. ha
Hopping like the Easter Bunny

Happy Father's Day to the most wonderful dad! This morning we were lazy and just hung out. Corey opened his gifts...golf shoes, tees, a homemade tie and card from emery, and a few goodies. She also answered a bunch of questions about her daddy. Corey loved reading it, some of her answers were so cute and funny.
After his gifts I made him his favorite breakfast of fried eggs, rice, and smoked sausage, with cheese and ketchup. Sounds interesting, but he loves it and it is pretty yummy. He had a Polynesian mission companion who made this breakfast all the time.
Emery always does this so when I found this idea it was perfect! So simple too
Daddy's little bud. Gage will be 4 months old in one week. It's crazy how fast he is growing! He is a chunky monkey and we're lovin it!
Emery loves listening to the narrated stories on the ipad. And this one was so funny. I'm glad I caught these candid moments. So sweet. Today Emery treated her dad like a King. She kept smiling at him and giving him kisses. What a sweet girl. (when she wants to be haha)
Corey is not only a great dad, but an amazing husband too. I don't know what I would do without him. He helps me so much. In this job we don't get to spend too much time together, but he definitely tries his best and does everything he can to make us happy. I love you babe!
Emery loves playing with her dad, and most of the time he is MORE than happy to play with her. He is usually the guy at family get togethers that is outside playing with the kids instead of chatting it up with the adults.
Right in the face...good one dad. Haha
I decided that I need to start taking more pictures of Corey and I. Not only for us to look back on, but also for our children and grandchildren. I love looking at pictures of my parents. It's so neat to see who they were, and where they've been in their lives.
We love you daddy and you are the greatest dad ever!! You are so special to us and you fill our lives with joy!
Happy Father's Day
